1. Nature of Products
Wardh FZC sells live plants and related décor items. As natural products, each plant may vary
in size, shape, texture, and color. All product images are for reference only, and slight
variations are normal.
We do not claim that any plant will remain in identical condition after delivery, as plant
lifespan and growth depend on customer care and environment.
2. Pricing & Availability
- Prices listed on our website are in AED and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Product availability may vary. If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, we will
offer:
- a replacement option, or
- a full refund.
3. Orders & Payments
Orders can be placed through:
- Website Checkout
- WhatsApp Order
- Instagram Direct Message
We accept:
- Cash on Delivery (COD) (if applicable)
- Online Payment (if integrated later)
Wardh FZC reserves the right to decline an order if:
- Delivery location is outside our service area
- The item is unavailable
- There is incomplete order information
4. Delivery Policy
- Deliveries are scheduled based on location and plant availability.
- Delivery timelines vary by emirate and will be communicated during checkout or
confirmation.
- Customers must ensure a correct delivery address and reachable contact number.
- If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, a re-delivery fee may apply.
5. Return & Replacement Policy (For Damaged Plants Only)
Because plants are living products, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in the case
of physical damage during delivery.
A replacement will be provided only if:
- Damage is reported within 24 hours of delivery, and
- Clear photos and video evidence are shared with us at the time of delivery/unboxing.
We do not replace plants that die due to:
- Incorrect watering
- Lack of light
- Wrong placement
- Environmental stress (AC, balcony heat, etc.)
There is no post-delivery survival guarantee.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled only before dispatch. Once the plant has been prepared or shipped, the
order cannot be canceled.
7. Pot Options & Customizations
- If a customer selects a decorative pot, the price will reflect the upgrade.
- Gift wrapping and message cards are available in specific gift-set categories only.
- Customization once prepared cannot be reversed or refunded.
8. Ownership & Trademarks
All logos, content, text, and media displayed on the website are the intellectual property of
Wardh FZC and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Wardh FZC is not responsible for any plant conditions after delivery. Responsibility of care
begins once the product is received.
Wardh FZC is not liable for:
- Plant mortality due to improper care
- Allergic reactions to plants
- Damage caused by customer handling
